Getting Around North Houston
North Houston consists of the area north of Loop 610, extending out toward Cypress to the northwest, Spring to the north, and Humble to the northeast. Included here are the Greater Heights area and Greenspoint.
U.S. Route 290, Interstate 45, U.S. 59/Interstate 69, Beltway 8, FM 1960, and the Hardy Toll Road all run through this part of the city, giving you numerous routes to get into and out of the area. Willowbrook Mall can be found at the intersection of State Highway 249 and FM 1960, with Dillard’s, JCPenney, Macy’s, Sears, and H&M anchoring the shopping center.
George Bush Intercontinental Airport, one of the busiest airports in North America with more than 50 million passengers served in 2014, is just a short drive from most North Houston business spaces. Major hospitals in the area include Houston Methodist Willowbrook and Memorial Hermann Northeast.
