Things are changing very rapidly! Over the last few weeks, in the world of COVID-19 and social distancing, we’ve shared a lot of information with our tenants. We’re providing a one-stop resource page for government, state and private relief opportunities for small businesses. We’ll update this post with future updates for your convenience.

COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Loan Application – Apply now for grants up to $10,000 for your small business and receive it within 3 days also apply to receive low interest loan for up to 30 year term.

Paycheck Protection Program – Boxer has established a direct channel to apply for this Small Business program with Spirit of Texas Bank. Forgivable loan option.

Business resources and tools to help your business adapt, respond and take advantage of the various programs that are available to make ends meet.

Summary of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act – list of loan programs for both small and large businesses, corporate and individual tax relief and enhanced unemployment insurance benefits.

SBA Debt relief – SBA will automatically pay the principal, interest and fees of current 7(a), 504, and microloans for 6 months

Main Street Expanded Loan Facility – [April 9] Intended to facilitate lending to small and medium-sized businesses through eligible SBA lenders. Minimum loan size of $1 million.

Express Bridge Loan Pilot Program – [March 25] Small businesses located in any state, territory and the District of Columbia that has been adversely impacted by the COVID-19 emergency is eligible and can apply for a maximum loan amount up to $25,000

Save Small Business Fund – [April 20, 2020] Apply to receive up to $5,000 grant for small businesses with 3-20 employees.

PeopleFund’s mission is to ‘create economic opportunity and financial stability for underserved people by providing access to capital, education and resources to build healthy small businesses’. They, like many banks and organizations, are prepared to help with the Coronavirus Relief Act that was recently passed by President Trump for those that cannot find credit elsewhere.  Some of their resources, under the SBA EIDL program, include low-interest loans of up to 2 million for business, non-profits, and small businesses without credit available elsewhere.  Please review their resource page and contact them as soon as you can with questions.
