Market Square is a highly-visited center located in North Houston at 566 FM 1960 W., Houston, TX , 77090. The center has medical and retail tenants.
Tomball Market Place is a neighborhood center located just north of Houston at 27620 State Hwy. 249 Tomball, TX. 77375. The center was recently renovated in 2009.
Located in the city of Kemah, TX just south of Houston, Kemah Park is a strip center within close proximity to the popular Kemah Boardwalk which has approximately 4 million visitors a year.
John McAllister, Asset Manager negotiated the agreements on behalf of Boxer Property.
