Boxer Property recently announced that it has concluded negotiations for a multi-year lease term with LHC Group, Inc. for 6,095 square feet of office space at 13140 Coit Road in Dallas, Texas.
Regional Leasing Manager, Gloria Medlock, negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord. LHC Group was represented by Hyatt Thompson of Swearingen. “We are pleased that LHC Group decided to make this property their DFW home,” Medlock said.
13140 Coit Rd, also known as Office Alpha, is a professional office environment with great views of Dallas from each suite. Along with a recently upgraded lobby, tenants have access to on-site property management, leasing, elevator service, on-site security, and garage parking. Due to its convenient location in North Dallas, Office Alpha provides easy access to Hwy. 75 and I-635 in addition to upscale residential, retail, and hotels in the area.
