September 6, 2019 (Houston, TX) — Boxer Property is pleased to announce that Marc el-Khouri has joined as Director of Workstyle, Boxer’s national collaborative space platform. Boxer has been listed as the 4th largest provider of co-working in the country (Costar, 2019Q1) and the largest in Houston (Colliers, 2018Q4) and is expanding programming in this area.
In this role, Mr. el-Khouri will lead the development and expansion of the Workstyle platform, focusing on developing new partnerships, locations, and commercialization opportunities.

Joining Boxer from the hospitality development industry, Mr. el-Khouri comes with a lengthy background in design, architecture and commercial real estate. He received a Master of Architecture in Urban Design (MAUD) from Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design as well as a Bachelor of Architecture (BARCH) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the Rhode Island School of Design. As an architect, urban designer, and real estate developer he has identified profitable development/acquisition opportunities and driven award-winning projects. Throughout his career his projects have transcended all scales; he has been involved in the development and design of furniture, automobiles, buildings as well as urban spaces while leading projects on five continents. Marc is an entrepreneurial leader who has led architecture firms and launched real estate companies specialized in ownership, development, and operations. Most recently he worked for a private commercial debt fund and hotel development company as their Chief Development Officer where he was responsible for all ground up hotel developments as well as the acquisition, repositioning and renovation of existing assets.
