October 6, 2016 (Chicago, IL) — Boxer Property is proud to announce its latest lease expansion at Lisle Executive Center. ExteNet Systems Inc. decided to expand for the fifth time, bringing their total leased space to over 40,000 square feet. The current expansion adds 11,000 square feet occupying one-third of the second floor and securing rights to expand into the remaining second-floor space.
“ExteNet continues to invest in the Chicagoland economy. We have created 65 new jobs in 2016 itself and to accommodate our growth we have decided to expand our headquarters at 3030 Warrenville Road . The prime location alongside the amenities ensured by the ownership group were key reasons for our decision,” said Dan Timm, CFO and EVP of ExteNet Systems.
Boxer Property’s Darrell Herschler and Transwestern’s Fred Ishler represented the landlord and worked with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Todd Schaefer, who represented the tenant.
Lisle Executive Center is connected via glass atrium to the Sheraton Lisle Hotel, not owned by Boxer, which offers tenants and guests access to various amenities including a large conference center and dining options. The Property provides covered parking year-round to tenants and employees via the underground parking garage.
ExteNet Systems Inc. designs, builds, owns and operates distributed networks (DNS) for use by wireless carriers, property owners, cities and communities. ExteNet’s DNS enable advanced cellular and wireless connectivity in outdoor and indoor settings across North America.
