With Veterans Day quickly approaching, Boxer Property is pleased to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs has signed a lease at Pavilion Towers, 2851 S Parker Road, in Aurora, Colorado. The lease was finalized at the end of October and they will be moving into their new offices at the end of November. “We are excited to have them as a new tenant at Pavilion Towers, they’ve signed a 10 year lease for over 9,000 SF of space,” said leasing agent, Ty Odell. “The construction on their space is wrapping up and we expect them to move in at the end of this month.”
The Department of Veterans Affairs is a federal agency that provides healthcare services to eligible military veterans at VA medical centers throughout the country. In addition to healthcare services, they also offer several non-healthcare benefits like education assistance, home loans, and life insurance. Among programs that support veterans includes Google’s Veteran-Owned Business badge that helps veterans differentiate their business online within Google search listings as well as a special jobs for veterans option which helps veterans match their military experience with civilian jobs that require similar skills.
