Boxer Property is actively pursuing acquisitions of multi-tenant office buildings and mortgages on office buildings throughout the United States for closely held partnerships. We act solely on behalf of principals and do not participate in brokerage commissions. We typically look for Class "A", “B”, and “C” distressed or value-added, multi-tenant office buildings 75,000 square feet or larger, but will consider smaller deals in markets where we currently own or manage properties. Many of the office buildings we purchase have substantial vacancies, negative cash flows or other challenges. Additionally, we will consider very large Class "A" properties up to $200,000,000.

We have overseen the acquisition of 140 office buildings since 1992, and have never had an office building fall out of contract or fail to close, even during the inspection period! Most buildings are closed in 45 days or less.

Boxer Property aggressively pursues the acquisition of value-add or distressed assets and loans throughout the country with a focus on secondary markets surrounding major metro centers. Historically, Boxer Property has targeted multi-tenant office buildings of all classes over 50,000 square feet as well as large regional malls, but in 2013, our focus expanded to include 100+ key, hotel/resorts in irreplaceable or strategic locations.

Our key strength lies in re-positioning non-performing assets with substantial vacancies, neglected capital needs, or negative cash flows. We provide in-house asset management services to help rejuvenate building occupancy and value. We are a well-capitalized, vertically integrated operator who can provide sellers and buyers with an unmatched surety and ease of close.

Since 1992, Boxer Property has overseen the property acquisition and disposition of over 200 commercial assets and have closed the majority of our deals in 45 days or less. We protect brokers. We do not re-trade.
