Michael T. Pariza
President - Boxer Retail & Resorts
Michael Pariza is an MBA and licensed real estate broker with an extensive background in the company's commercial real estate investment, operations and strategy portfolio over the past 16 years. Currently, as President of Boxer Retail & Resorts, he is responsible for the design, implementation, growth and oversight of the Company's retail and hospitality ventures.
A licensed real estate broker in the states of Georgia, North Carolina and Texas, Michael has held several key leadership positions with Boxer over his tenure. They include Broker of Record, Director of Leasing, Asset Manager and Director of Operations. Michael supervised leasing, marketing, operations and engineering teams managing Boxer's portfolio in, to mention a few, Maryland, New York and Texas.
Michael has spearheaded a number of the company's noted projects. In 2002, Michael supervised, leased and operated Boxer Property's first multi-family development. In 2004, he finalized a development agreement with the City of Fort Worth. He then began and completed the redevelopment and repositioning of an enclosed super-regional shopping center. In 2005, Michael founded an oil and gas pipeline and production company to take advantage of mineral rights for a number of properties in the Fort Worth Texas Barnett Shale. After successfully obtaining a gas well permit for more than 80 acres of mineral leases, the project was sold to XTO/Exxon. Michael is noted for his talent at analyzing financial statement for various income producing properties. He has supervised an array of commercial leases for the company's office, retail, parking, multi-family, access agreements, gas and mineral leases, and right-of-way agreements clientele.
Michael has a Master’s in Business Administration from Dallas’ Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the Real Estate Council, the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, the Building Owner's Management Association, the National Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Pariza is also a Texas right-of-way agent.
