concluded renewal negotiations with SBB Management Company of their 16,341 square feet office at Executive Center. SBB Management Company has been a valued tenant of Boxer since 2007 and we are happy they’ve concluded the renewal lease negotiation at Executive Center, 8360 LBJ Freeway. Leasing Representative Gloria Medlock negotiated the lease on behalf of Boxer Property and Calvin Hull and Bo Bond with Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. on behalf of the tenant.
