Boxer Property Tapped for Leasing and Management of Three Greenspoint Properties

Boxer Property has announced its agreement to manage and lease commercial office space at 222 Benmar, 263 North Sam Houston Parkway, and 16666 Northchase Drive.

July 30, 2019 (HOUSTON, TX) – Houston-based commercial real estate firm, Boxer Property, has recently agreed to manage and lease approximately 433,000 square feet of office space at three properties in North Houston; 222 Benmar, 263 N. Sam Houston Pkwy E., and 16666 Northchase Dr.

The three properties are located near I-45 and Beltway 8 near George Bush Intercontinental Airport with easy access to The Woodlands.

222 Benmar is a 198,257 SF, eight-story, Class-A building and is also connected by a sky bridge to the City North office complex.  263 North Sam Houston Parkway East is an 87,611 SF, Class-B building and adjacent property 16666 Northchase Drive, is a 147,135 SF, six-story, Class-A building.
