Boxer Property has announced its agreement to manage and lease commercial office space at the 222,051 SF property located in Houston, TX.

This property features 222,051 square feet of office space for lease. Building amenities at 1001 West Loop South include internet-ready suites, 24-hour keycard access, an on-site gym, conference room and an on-site deli.

Stephen Kradjian, head of Boxer Property’s Asset Services group, negotiated the agreement with ownership. “We are pleased to continue expanding the number of Galleria properties in our portfolio,” Kradjian said. “This asset joins our client served roster of 50 Briar Hallow, 2425 West Loop South, 3033 Chimney Rock and 2323 South Voss, totaling over 865,000 square feet.  Ownership plans to aggressively re-position 1001 West Loop South to meet the rising demand in the Galleria office sub-market.”
