Boxer Property aggressively pursues the acquisition of
value-add or distressed assets and loans throughout the country with a focus
in Houston, Dallas, Atlanta, Denver, Austin, Phoenix, and San Antonio.
Historically, Boxer Property has predominantly targeted multi-tenant
office buildings of all classes over 50,000 square feet as well as large
regional malls, but in 2013, our focus expanded to include 100+ key,
hotel/resorts in irreplaceable or strategic locations.
Our key strength lies in repositioning non-performing assets with
substantial vacancies, neglected capital needs, or negative cash flows.
We are a very well capitalized, fully vertically integrated
operator of Boxer and 3rd Party Client owned assets that can utilize economies
of scale and specialized expertise to provide sellers and buyers with an
unmatched surety and ease of close.
Since 1992, Boxer Property has overseen the acquisition and
disposition of over 200 commercial assets and have closed the majority
of our deals in 60 days or less.
