Boxer Property is actively pursuing acquisitions
of multi-tenant office buildings and mortgages on office
buildings throughout the United States. We act solely as
principals and do not participate in brokerage
commissions. We also protect brokers who bring us deals,
even if they do not have the listing. We typically
look for Class "B" value-added, multi-tenant office
buildings larger than 100,000 square feet, but will
consider smaller deals in markets where we currently own
properties. Many of the office buildings we purchase
have substantial vacancies and negative cash flows.
Additionally, we will consider very large Class
"A" properties up to $200,000,000.
We have acquired 102 office buildings
since 1992, and have never had an office building fall
out of contract or fail to close, even during the inspection
period!
