Boxer Acquires LEED Gold Certified Hurt Building in Atlanta

Houston-based Boxer Property announced it has just acquired its 1st property in Atlanta, GA, the historic Hurt Building at 50 Hurt Plaza.

Atlanta, GA – February 17, 2012 – Houston-based Boxer Property announced it has just acquired its 1st property in Atlanta, GA, the historic Hurt Building at 50 Hurt Plaza.

 

The 436,340 square foot eighteen story office building is LEED Gold Certified and boasts full service Class A amenities. 50 Hurt Plaza is located in the central business district of downtown Atlanta, and is easily accessible by Interstates 85, 75, and 20.  Boxer Property represented itself in the purchase of Atlanta Office Space, while the seller was represented by Jay O’Meara and Will Yowell of CBRE’s Atlanta office.
