Technically speaking, Westheimer Road borders Westchase on the north, while Gessner Road bounds it on the east and Wilcrest Drive on the west. The Westpark Tollway runs on the southern edge of the district. However, we combine the Westchase district and the Westpark Tollway area into one commercial real estate submarket, which actually spreads further south and spans the length of the tollway. The Southwest Freeway and Sam Houston Parkway intersect with the Westpark Tollway.
