Quick StartSM was designed with the busy Real Estate Professional in mind. Simply fill out the registration form, press submit and let Boxer handle the rest. The agent assigned to your account will send you weekly progress reports via e-mail and will process your commission as soon as the lease is executed. It's that simple. Boxer Property Management Corp. ("Boxer") agrees to pay Boxer's standard leasing commission to Broker if Prospect leases less than 5,000 RSF in a building operated by Boxer Property Management Corp. within sixty days of the Date that Boxer receives this Agreement, unless Boxer notifies Broker within two business days that Boxer is already in contact with Prospect (either directly or through another registered broker). This Agreement is not valid for current and past occupants of Boxer-operated properties.
