Boxer Property is actively pursuing acquisitions of multi-tenant office buildings and mortgages on office buildings throughout the United States for closely held partnerships. We act solely on behalf of principals and do not participate in brokerage commissions. We typically look for Class "A", “B”, and “C” distressed or value-added, multi-tenant office buildings 75,000 square feet or larger, but will consider smaller deals in markets where we currently own or manage properties. Many of the office buildings we purchase have substantial vacancies, negative cash flows or other challenges. Additionally, we will consider very large Class "A" properties up to $200,000,000.
We have overseen the acquisition of 140 office buildings since 1992, and have never had an office building fall out of contract or fail to close, even during the inspection period! Most buildings are closed in 45 days or less.
